Our Studio Philosophy
JSR Pilates is a mindful, contemporary space tucked away in Bee Cave. Founder Jytte Rejwan teaches the STOTT PILATES method, an equipment-based practice focused on musculoskeletal performance that builds strength, flexibility, and endurance. Pilates helps restore the natural curves of the spine, improving posture, relieving long-held tension, and reducing the risk of injury, without adding bulk. We are passionate about creating optimal health on the individual level, whether you come in for private sessions or take group classes. We intentionally limit our group classes to give you personalized attention. Our goal is for you to feel fit, revitalized, and move through life with ease and confidence.
ABOUT JYTTE REJWAN
Owner & Lead Instructor
Jytte was introduced to Pilates in 2007 while living in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. After experiencing the profound benefits of Pilates, Jytte decided to pursue it as a career. She proceeded to take the STOTT PILATES Mat and Reformer course and went on to become an instructor at Pilatique in Kuala Lumpur.
Upon returning to the US, Jytte joined Pilates South Texas in Houston, where she instructed from 2011 to 2016. Jytte specialized in personal and group instruction during this period while mastering numerous advanced certifications.
Jytte is fully certified in Level one and level two of STOTT PILATES Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels. She is certified in STOTT PILATES Injuries and Special Populations. She is a STOTT PILATES Athletic Conditioning Specialist, a STOTT PILATES Group Equipment Specialist, and has a certificate in CORE™ Instructor level 1. Jytte is a Student-Practitioner in ELDOA™ level one, two, and three and Guy Voyer’s DO Myofascial Stretching. Additionally, Jytte has a certification in TRX and CPR.
Jytte has worked with clients of all ages and abilities, striving to help them achieve their personal health and fitness goals. She is a firm believer in Pilates and its ability to help improve posture, strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being.
