You’ll be challenged to your individual ability no matter which class you take. We keep class size small to give you personalized attention to meet your individual needs and goals. No workout is the same, but all classes center around the core Pilates principles of alignment, control, stability, and moving in all three planes.

We Offer Two Types of Classes
Using a combination of state-of-the-art equipment, every class is unique and centered around your needs.
Sample Equipment: Reformer, Stability Chair, Cadillac, Barrels, Bosu, and small props.
A full-body workout, reformer classes leverage spring tension to strengthen and lengthen muscles, concentrically and eccentrically in all planes of motion. Each exercise is modified to adapt to your individual needs.
